Notion Manual Log Splitter is a heavy-duty, mechanical hand tool designed to split firewood quickly and safely without the use of an axe, electricity, or hydraulics. It operates using an ergonomic dual-handle slide mechanism that generates downwards driving force to cleave wood rounds cleanly in half. Easy to handle.
How It Works
Position: Place a pre-cut log round vertically on flat, solid ground. Place the sharp tip of the splitter’s wedge directly onto the center of the log.
Lift: Grip both black handles and slide the yellow frame upwards along the central metal guide rail.
Strike: Forcefully slam the handles downward. The built-in sliding weight strikes the bottom collar, delivering targeted kinetic energy that drives the wedge through the log, instantly splitting it apart.
Key Features & Design
Slide-Hammer Mechanism: The tool features a center stainless steel guide rod attached to a triangular steel splitting wedge. A yellow, U-shaped outer handle slides up and down the guide rod, acting as a built-in mallet to drive the wedge into the wood.
Dual Hand Grips: The yellow handle is equipped with two textured, black non-slip rubber grips at the top, allowing the user to maintain a firm, stable two-handed hold during operation and full control.
Heavy-Duty Splitting Wedge: At the base is a sharp, hollow-triangular carbon steel blade designed to maximize outward pressure on the wood grain, splitting both dry and green logs easily.
High Durability: The heavy steel construction allows the tool to withstand intense impact.
